✨ We are thrilled to announce the launch of DIGIDEM: an ambitious European project dedicated to shaping the digital citizens of tomorrow by strengthening digital citizenship among higher education students✨
The project is led by Université Clermont Auvergne (France), in partnership with Les Militants des Savoirs Association (France), SEHA – Sustainable Education and Health Academy (Türkiye), IPS – Innovative Prison Systems (Portugal), the University of Malta (Malta), Università della Calabria (Italy), and Insight S.A. (Luxembourg).
DIGIDEM is a cutting-edge educational initiative that enhances digital skills, critical thinking, disinformation detection, online civic engagement and awareness of hate speech.
At the heart of this project:

2 NetizenSphere, an interactive platform that promotes collaboration among students, educators, and institutions across Europe.

Project overview The name DIGIDEM is derived from a combination of the words “digital” and “democracy”. The DIGIDEM project is strives to promote digital citizenship among higher education students across Europe by developing a comprehensive curriculum and an interactive online educational ecosystem. Through the integration of innovative teaching methodologies and technological tools, DIGIDEM aims to provide participants with advanced digital skills, foster critical digital literacy and foster responsible online engagement.
